Forming
We start out the process by forming a fiberglass base mat.

Coating
We coat this fiberglass mat with an asphalt mineral filler.

Topping
After the filler is coated evenly then ceramic coated granules are then applied.

Sealant
Once ceramic granules are administered we apply a sealent strip to help keep the whole mixture together.

Cutting
After the prior processes are completed we are ready to cut our in house made shingles into sheets.
